Tom Green co-founded Providence One Partners with Michelle Pierce in 2008. Providence One entered the Senior Living industry in 2010 and currently owns and/or operates 5 Senior Living Communities located in Central and South Florida. Providence Senior Living (a subsidiary of Providence One) operates the communities.

Tom’s diverse real estate background spans Multiple Property Types across Florida, primarily focused on Senior Living over the past 15 years. His Passion is to Build People and Culture. His expertise includes Building and Growing Operations Teams, Acquisition/Development, and Debt/Equity Structuring (including Raising Capital). Tom has been involved in the community throughout his career, including Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Orlando Sanford International Airport Authority Board (Past Chair), MetroPlan Orlando, and Leadership Florida.

Michelle Pierce co-founded Providence One Partners with Tom Green in 2008. Michelle is a dynamic developer and passionate leader with 30+ years of experience in driving results across an array of multi- family, commercial, mixed-use developments, and several senior living developments in Florida over the past 15 years. Several of her developments have earned Aurora Awards for best Senior Living Communities in the Southeast.

Michelle holds an MBA from American University with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a BS from Wake Forest University in Business and Accounting. She serves on the Florida Senior Living Association Board of Directors and has previously served on Seminole State College’s Board of Directors and the University of Florida’s Real Estate Advisory Council.

Damon Thomas is a seasoned and highly respected leader in the senior living industry with more than 30 years of experience transforming the lives of older adults and the teams who serve them. Damon oversees the operations and performance of multiple assisted living communities throughout Florida, ensuring high-quality care, team engagement, and operational excellence. He has held senior executive roles with some of the most recognized names in senior housing, including a variety of regional and national providers. His leadership experience spans startups, stabilized communities, and turnaround environments. He is also a Founding Member and long-standing Board Member of the Florida Senior Living Association (FSLA).

Zacha leads with both precision and heart. She previously worked for a variety of regional and national providers. Zacha has been accountable for upwards of 60+ communities, Condo / Co-ops, and 7,000 units, as well as managing a team of seven direct reports in accounting. With a strong grasp of accounting practices and analytical thinking, Zacha confidently navigates complex challenges and delivers solutions that support operational integrity and long-term sustainability. She also believes financial stewardship is more than balancing budgets—it’s about ensuring that every dollar spent contributes to compassionate care, safe environments, and the well- being of residents and staff. Zacha communicates with clarity and compassion and fosters strong relationships across departments and communities.

With 30 years of progressive experience in the senior living industry, Samantha brings a detail- oriented, strategic approach to operations and sales management. She’s held executive leadership roles in multiple states with private, regional, and national senior living operators. Her career has been defined by a passion for improving outcomes—for teams, communities, and, most importantly, the residents. Samantha has led successful organizational turnarounds, implemented impactful programs, and driven business development efforts that foster long-term revenue growth. Samantha works closely with community teams to align strategic vision with daily execution, always keeping the needs of residents and families at the heart of every decision.

With over 30 years of dedicated clinical experience in senior living, Marilyn has devoted her career to ensuring that older adults receive compassionate, dignified, and purpose-driven care. Marilyn’s professional journey has included a variety of regional and national providers. Rooted in a deep respect for the aging population, Marilyn has held leadership roles across various care settings, bringing together interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. She believes that love is the foundation of healing, and she strives to create environments where residents feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Empowering both staff and residents has been central to her approach—whether through mentorship, clinical education, or implementing innovative care practices that uplift those we serve.
