That’s why Providence Senior Living’s principals, Tom Green and Michelle Pierce, founded our Central Florida organization in 2008—to manage high-quality senior living communities that feel just like home.

That’s why our communities are locally owned and managed, residents and their families are known by name from the top down and our executives are integrated into daily operations.
We pay attention to every detail to account for the unique needs of aging adults and those living with the reality of cognitive impairment associated with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Tom Green and Michelle Pierce, Providence One Partners’ principal founders, have a distinguished track record in developing commercial and residential real estate with significant industry experience in multiple property types, including over 6,000 apartment homes—market-rate and senior living—and several million square feet of office and retail space.
Providence One is primarily focused on developing sustainable senior living communities, with several developments under construction or in pre-development across Florida.
